Reducing emissions starts with design. With IML, we eliminate the transport and application of adhesive labels, which means fewer processes, less energy, and less CO₂. By using post-consumer recycled polypropylene (rPP) and optimizing thicknesses, we lower the consumption of virgin resin per container. Every kilogram of plastic you don't use and every process you eliminate directly translates into a lower carbon footprint for your product.

But producing better also means consuming fewer resources per piece. We operate with state-of-the-art injection molding machines equipped with servomotors. They consume up to 70% less.
